2. On‑Location Process

Every session is handled professionally and efficiently to ensure your listing looks its best.

• Quick walkthrough of the property
• Light staging adjustments (pillows, blinds, lights)
• Interior & exterior photography
• Drone photography and video (weather permitting)
• Floor plan scanning when requested
• Confirmation before leaving the property

Properties should be photo‑ready upon arrival for best results.

3. Delivery Timeline

All media is delivered digitally through your client portal.

• Photos: within 24 hours
• Floor Plans: 24–48 hours
• Video Tours: 48–72 hours
• Virtual Services: 24–48 hours

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your gallery is ready.

4. Download Your Media

Your portal includes everything you need for MLS, social media, and marketing.

• Full‑resolution images
