PA Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding Promotes Urban Farming

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Secretary visited The Bridge in the City of Harrisburg to promote urban farming. Secretary Russell Redding said the Department is empowering Pennsylvania communities to grow their own food. The Secretary is also encouraging youths to pursue agriculture and food careers.
