Norfolk & Western Class J 611 at Strasburg Railroad

Paradise, PA, USA – May 31, 2021: The Norfolk & Western Class J 611, the sole survivor of 14 Class J steam locomotives, runs the rails of the historic Strasburg Rail Road in Lancaster County, PA.

Riding the rails at the Strasburg Railroad offers a different experience this summer. The Norfolk & Western Class J 611 is the only surviving steam locomotive with a sleek, art-deco design. The 611 locomotive will be at the Strasburg Railroad this summer, and is scheduled for service until October, 2021.
