Google Sues Fake Puppy Seller and News Story Uses George Sheldon Puppy For Sale Image

Google has aggressively sued a person who has set up an alleged fraudulent scheme to sell non-existent puppies to unsuspecting shoppers. Using Google services, this user/seller is now on the receiving end of a lawsuit seeking extensive damages.

The case was reported by the website Top Class Actions, and to report the story of Google’s suit, the editors chose an image created by George Sheldon of a hand-painted sign offering puppies for sale on a rural farm,
