The annual community Trick or Treat produced by the Downtown Business Alliance overtook the business district. Thousands participated, wearing all kinds of costumes.
Business owners provided the treats to avoid any tricks from the participants. Parents escorted their excited children from one business to the next as their little ones looked for the next opportunity to score another treat.
