Despite the hot, direct summer sun, a homeless person was sleeping on a bench in the inner Harbor during the time I was in Baltimore on an assignment. As an editorial photographer, I cannot resist creating an image of such a subject.

The image was not expected but hopefully it will be used as an editorial image to illustrate a piece on the homeless crisis.
