Elves Invade Harrisburg

I have been working on a special project, and it includes creating some macro images of the US bicentennial quarters. Here is one of the images from the back f the Pennsylvania quarter. To created the image, i used a Sony 90mm 2,8 Macro lens.

Forgotten Friends held another show at Heritage Day in the Community park in Intercourse, PA. Children and adults were fascinated as they learned more about snakes, turtles, and other creatures. Here is another image from Heritage Day in the community park in Intercourse, Lancaster County, A. Children are loaded into a wagon, which makes a wagon train, pulled by an oversized lawn tractor, around the park pathway. The slow-moving ride is quite popular amount the children in attendance at the park.

Rusty but still looking powerful, a PRR Steam Locomotive sits in the yard of the Pennsylvania Railroad Museum in Strasburg, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This is just one of many examples of train transportation on display for visitors. There is always something to photograph in Strasburg. What a fun place to be a photographer.

While at the Strasburg Rail Road. I was able to get a close-up image of the Norfolk and Western 611. I zoomed in with a wide-angle lens to create this image, which is now a part of my stock photography collection.
