Rusty but still looking powerful, a PRR Steam Locomotive sits in the yard of the Pennsylvania Railroad Museum in Strasburg, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Secretary visited The Bridge in the City of Harrisburg to promote urban farming. Secretary Russell Redding said the Department is empowering Pennsylvania communities to grow their own food. The Secretary is also encouraging youths to pursue agriculture and food careers.
