I am a Lancaster, Pennsylvania photographer. I specialize in creating editorial and stock images.
A native Pennsylvanian, the people, places, and events in, around and near the Commonwealth inspire much of my work. Whether it the technical or emotive sides, creating imagery is my passion that continues to challenge and inspire me.
I have written and published over 35 books (I’ve actually lost count of how many I created).
I sold my first photos when I was 13 – and I am still behind the lens over 50 years later.
Just so you know:
Lancaster PA (often known as the heart of the Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Although I live in Lancaster County, I am not Amish.)
CANON or NIKON:
PC or Mac:
DOG or CAT:
Both (and I am amazed by horses, too!)
Mean people, especially bullies.
Shore (the beach)
LIKE TO DO WHEN ON THE GETAWAY:
Walk the boards, enjoy the warm ocean breezes.
NEVER CAN HAVE ENOUGH:
Coffee – black, please.
COOL THING I GOT TO DO:
Met/photographed Jerry Mathers (The Beaver), Tony Dow (Wally), Barbara Billingsley (Mrs. Cleaver), and Ken Osmond (Eddie Haskell) when they were making an appearance in Hershey at Hersheypark.
Laughing at old comedy routines, like the time Groucho Marx said, “I’ve had a perfectly wonderful evening. But this wasn’t it.”
James Bond movies.
